Keep your head up. One thing that has helped me is to develop a philosophy for reaching every teacher. I try to remember that everyone wants to be included in what is going on. If you can get a few to get excited and going strong it will eventually spread.
For those that are very reluctant will take some effort. Spend some quality time with them helping to make them comfortable with the little technology that they do use.
7 years ago I had some teachers that just couldn’t work their email. So, I started sending out a picture that was cropped out of a bigger picture. The picture was of a familiar object around the school. The first one to email me back with what the picture was would get a prize. Here’s the catch: after I sent the email. I would go to those teacher’s rooms and help them open the attachment and save it to their computers. After 2 to 3 times of doing that they were able to open and save the attachment without me. Their confidence grew and I got my way! Soon they were opening Word docs and everything without my help!
It was small, but it was a step. Keep after it, you will get them there.
